Since the beginning of the week I have been craving for sooooooo much yummy but unhealthy and not forgetting FATTENING food. As I put each spoonful of bliss in my mouth, my brain goes like “This is wrong! Think of all the hours you’ve put in the gym!” but I continue eating anyway~~ ahahaa……I’m not proud of this but how am I suppose to control my cravings anyway? People always say it’s the matter of portion when you take your meals…The thing is, sometimes when I don’t finish the food on my plate I feel quite guilty, especially during these times when all sort of things are going on around the world. Sad, right? In my quest to get a super hot bod like Nicole Scherzinger (I was inspired in the gym…hahahaa, thanks to watching MTV while running on the mill..lawak eh~~) I shall therefore try to control myself from binge-eating all my cravings.
